LA GRANDE, Ore. The road to Geneva, Ohio and the SPIRE Institute starts this weekend for the 2014 Eastern Oregon University men's and women's indoor track and field teams. The Mountaineers open up at the Jacksons Invitational hosted by Boise State University.
