HERMISTON, Ore. Eastern Oregon University Track and Field's Ryan Rosenau won the decathlon at the 2015 Cascade Collegiate Conference Multi-Event Championships presented by U.S. Bank on Friday afternoon. Rosenau collected 6,687 points to win the event.
